AlertPay Changed Verification Policy
Photo ID and Proof of Address no longer accepted for verification requirements. You may still use photo ID, but cannot use prove of address, Bank Account or SSN are required.
AlertPay will require you choose 2 of 3 options to become AlertPay Verified
- Adding and Confirming a Bank Account (automated)
- Credit File Validation (automated soft validation that will not affect your credit in any way)
- Submitting an Attestation confirming your identity

What is PTC?
PTC(Paid To Click) sites are profit sharing internet advertising company that will pay you to visit the advertiser's websites.
PTC sites service consists on allowing advertisers to reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their advertisement in its site and users to earn money by viewing those advertisements.
The users click on the advertiser's ad and view it during the amount of time (10-30seconds) specified by the advertiser.
After viewing the ad, the user gets credited with a pre-determined amount of cash on their account.
Here's the catch, the best thing is you don't need to pay anything to start earning! After signing-up and you're already registered, you will start earning money!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
PTC(Paid-To-Click) marketing has rapidly become one of the most effective advertising tools available today. Advertisers use the services of a hands-on personal Paid to Click bid manager, who works just for their best interests. PTC sites guarantee traffic to advertisers’ website thru the link they provide and it will be displayed until the purchased number of clicks has been reached. Username - use a unique one in registering for your free membership. It is needed when you login on each site you've joined.

Make a list of all the PTC sites you have signed up, so you won't forget the PTC you had already joined; and to keep track of your earnings.
STEP 4: Login to your account and start clicking, viewing, surfing their adverts and earn money.
Always look for the "SURF ADS" or "VIEW ADS" to start earning, allot a time to visit the sites everyday, making it a routine (1-2 hours per day) and you will not notice you that you already reach their minimum payout.
Be sure to wait for the confirmation (maybe a check mark, 'done', 'fore closing the advertisement you are viewing so your account will be credited.
STEP 5: Refer others to join under you. Each site has its different mode of inviting affiliates or referrals, wherein most PTC gives you 30% to 100% of your referral earnings. Build your own downlines.
Make your own advertisement like this, and post in various free web hosting sites if you want.
STEP 6: When you reach the Minimum Payout per PTC site, you can cash out your balance to your Alertpay or PayPal Account.
At this point, you withdraw your money thru check (alertpay) or thru bank transfer (Paypal) subject to the payment
processor guidelines. Further, you can use your account balance to purchase referrals, adverts, or any item in the cyberspace that accepts alertpay or PayPal.
Here's a sample computation:
You personally click 10 ads per day = $0.10
» 20 referrals click 10 ads per day = $ 2.00
» Your daily earnings = $ 2.10
» Your weekly earnings = $14.70
» Your monthly earnings = $63.00
» JOIN 10 PTC Sites $63.00 X 10 PTC sites = $630
If you were to sign up for a PTC Site, and each sites allow you to Click 10 ads personally, that's 10 cents per site on average as you personal income, and your 20 referrals on each site will click 10 ads per day will give you additional $2.00, a total of $ 2.10 per day, that is $ 14.70 per week and $ 63.00 per month. And FINALLY lets say, you joined 10 PAID TO CLICK SITES, with each site averaging $ 63.00 multiplied by 10 sites will give you $630.00 PER MONTH. $630 dollars a month extra, just for checking your email and clicking a few links, isn't at all a bad deal.

There are dozens if not hundreds of PTC program sites out there. And, while many of them are run by people who seem like they struggle with the English language, and the site may be not exactly pretty or clever, they do pay.
Is clickersheaven.com a scam
As of today, clickersheaven.com has been running for a few days. Although I don't know when this PTC is opened, it is quick new. Clickersheaven has 8373 regisere users and $24926 payout right now, which is showed on the homepage. However the money payout is really hard to believe. A free member can earn $0.02 per click and $0.01 per ref click, which is quite attracting, but the $20 payment limit is really annoying. Suppose it has 10 ads everyday, you may need 100 days to get payout by yourself. Even for those people who can get lot of referrals, it is still a huge work.
Some body said there was more than a hundred ads at this time. I looks like a good news, cause' ten days $20 dallars is very attracting. We'll see what heppens after 10 days. The payment proof from their own page cannot be treate seriously. We can wait untill someone post their payment proof.

Toroads.com has come back
After one days missing, Toroads.com has come back. I tried to log in yesterday, and found toroads' site is missing. I thought it was the problem of my browser, I use Google Chrome by the way, and I switched to firefox. Still I cannot get the webpage, there is only a blank page with some unknown characters on it.
I went to a forum today, and found some one is still promoting it. I guess it's back, and I am right. I' m so close to get the payout, maybe tomorrow. So it's a good news any way. This is the best I can expect, hopefully, it can hold for another few days untill I get my reward.
